Desktop Support job :
o Installing/Configuring computer hardware operating Systems/Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH skills is a MUST
Must have minimum 3 yrs experience in handling international technical support specially REMOTE ACESS to client.
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
o Able to provide international staff support through remote access.
o Troubleshooting System/Network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults
o Evaluating new Technology
his/her responsibilities’ will be giving desktop support to our team in USA on call or thru mails..
hence he/she should be good in comm skills and sound technical exp.. like taking care of mail configuration, installation, troubleshooting..
